Come escape to the mountains and stay in our mountain retreat! This 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom townhome is a great place to relax while enjoying all of the activities the White Mountains have to offer! It is a great homebase to explore the outdoors with Fools Hollow Lake only 1 mile away. Situated on a golf course you can hit the greens or sit on the patio, enjoying the mountain breeze and watching the golfers come by. Sunrise Park Resort is an hour away and provides great summer and winter activities!
In the almost 2000 square feet of space, you will find king beds in three of the bedrooms, with a 4th bunk room that has a full bed and a twin – perfect for the kids! Kitchen is well appointed and there is a barbecue on patio to use after your day of exploring. We have a crock pot, waffle maker, coffee pot and iced tea maker for you to enjoy! The house has central air conditioning as well as a ceiling fan in each room.
Located in a friendly, gated community, it is a great place to spend time with family and friends. We have board games for you to enjoy. The house is in a cul de sac, which is a great place for kids to play outside safely.
Home includes a washer/dryer as well as an electric car charger in the garage for you to use.
We are conveniently located less than 3 miles from Safeway – and within 10 minutes to restaurants, stores and anything else you should need.
