Luxurious quarters built on top of a beautiful red barn. This top floor barn quarters has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It overlooks the pond, beautiful forest and spectacular grounds. It sleeps 8 people comfortably and is complete with a full kitchen, bbq grill, washer/dryer, tv with DVD player and satellite dish network. Get away from it all in this cozy barn home.
The Legacy Barn is part of the renowed Legacy Ranch. Entrance to the grounds is through a private gate. The grounds are well kept and the property is surrounded by National Forest. Black Canyon Lake is just a few miles away as well hiking trails and other enjoyable outdoor activities. You may see wildlife like elk, deer and we have llamas on the property as well.
Disclaimer: This home is located 8 miles down a forest service/dirt road. It is well maintained. Please note that access to the pond is not permitted as a regular amenity with this property. Guests may use the pond with express written (email/text) permission based upon availability. Homeowner and management company is not responsible for the safety of guests if they use the pond.

-This home is located about 15 minutes away from the town of Heber. Travel on a dirt road is required for about 8 miles.
The road is well maintained but travel can be difficult during winter months.
-Check in is at 3pm and Check out is at 12 pm
-Due to our remote location cell phone service can be difficult. Verizon is the best provider. Also we do have occasional issues with
our Wi-Fi. This home is the perfect location to step away from electronics and really enjoy the seclusion.
